Turkey Trot Registration

Event Registration Online for Solano Turkey Trot

NOTE: We cannot change your registration on the day of the event!

Register Online

Online registration makes it easy and convenient to register for this year's race. A small fee will be assessed for online registrations, plus credit card fees.

The cutoff date for "Early Bird" online registration is October 1, 2012 at midnight. "Regular" online registration begins on October 2, 2012 and ends on November 20, 2012 at midnight PST. "Late" registration is available only on the day of the race between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., and includes an additional $10 registration fee. Drop-Off Registration

Fleet Feet Sports in downtown Vacaville are happy to register runners and walkers at the store. Registrations are accepted through packet pick-up on November 23rd. Drop by the store any time and a staff person will be happy to register you!

We only accept checks for registration by mail.

If your entry is not postmarked on that date, your registration will not be complete and you will need to pay an additional $10 registration fee on the day of the race, or register online. Mail-in "Regular" registration ends on November 10, 2012, and must include a valid postmark. "Late" registration is available only on the day of the race between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., and includes an additional $10 registration fee. Please include a check payable to Solano Hearts United for the entire amount of the event in which you are participating.

Register Race Day

You can register on the day of the race for an additional $10 registration fee. The Race Day registration booth opens at 6:30 a.m. and ends promptly at 7:30 a.m. If you are registering on the day of the event, you will need to bring a check or cash to complete the registration process.
