About the Race
Pre-Race Packet
Runners who have pre-registered for the event can pick up their pre-race packet at one of these locations:
Westfield Solano Mall located at 1350 Travis Boulevard in Fairfield, California, on November 23rd between the hours of noon and 6:00 p.m.
Fleet Feet Sports located at 354 Merchant Street in downtown Vacaville, California, on November 24th between the hours of noon and 6 p.m.
The pre-race packet includes the entry and bib number and the timing chip required for the 10K and 5K running events, the sponsor T-Shirt, and other promotional and goodie bags. Runners are responsible for returing their timing chips at the end of the race or agree to pay a $25 replacement fee.
Note: Registration forms will be available for pre-race day registration only.
Race Day Registration
The race day registration and packet pick-up booth is located in the main staging area and is clearly marked. Race day registration begins at 6:30 a.m. and ends promptly at 8:00 a.m.

Race Results
The 2010 race results for the 10K Run and the 5K Run will be published for viewing on the day of the race.

Awards
Awards will be granted to the top male and female runners who finish in first, second and third place in the their age group for both the 10K Run and the 5K Run. Awards will not be available for the 5K Walk.
Please note that official chip timing will only occur for the 10K Run and 5K Run events. Timing results will not be available for the 5K Walk.
Awards will be distributed among the following age groups:
10K Run and 5K Run:
Age Groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 70+
Course Description
The primary course route for the event is Suisun Valley Road, an open road and USATF-certified course with street closures. Suisun Valley Road is a beautiful, two-lane road that flows through farmlands and vineyards where growers and vintners share their bounties with local residents and tourists who enjoy touring the Solano County countryside.
The race starts in front of Solano Community College, winds towards Wooden Valley Winery with a 5K turnaround in the vicinity of Rockville Cemetery, and a 10K turnaround in the vicinity of Morrison Lane.
A traffic control plan is in place that includes lane closures, detour plans, traffic controls, signage, barricades and traffic cones to protect the public and the runners during the event.
Due to safety and insurance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited at the event (except for service dogs).
Volunteers will be visible along the route to assist runners as needed.
